An Item I purchased but never received and disputed with Discover and Discover closed the account in favor of the Merchant and reported it to the credit agencies, lowering me score, it turns out the merchant was honest and issued a refund which they verified and - verified, - 2015 a refund as issued due to lack of inventory, but on - - 2015, Discover notified me in writing the cased was closed in the Merchant 's favor, but clearly it was not. I believe the - attachments below will help to clarify my concern.
