I had an existing loan with Ally Bank with a remaining balance. I traded the vehicle in and financed the new vehicle through a different bank. The balance with Ally Bank was cleared when I completed my trade in on -/-/2016. Ally Bank then took an automatic payment on -/-/2016 from my checking account on file with them, even though the remaining balance on the loan was - with - scheduled payments, per their website. When I called them, they stated I should have called them to cancel auto pay for my loan with a - balance remaining. There is no option to unenroll from autopay on their website.
