BB & T has overcharged my account $290.00 this year. I have attached the transaction summary of my account from the BB & T website. I have indicated on it where they have overcharged my account. During - there is an overdraft on -/-/16 and the account was not overdrawn. On - - charged my account and it was n't supposed to. When I complained to BB & T, they told me first to contact the company to see if they would reverse the charge. I did so and - reversed the charges yet I was still charged an overdraft fee. Had the overdraft fee not been taken out on the - for no reason my account would not have been overdraft on the - for the - mobile payment, which I was again charged an overdraft fee for. I should have accumulated 1 overdraft fee on - for the - purchase. This one incident overcharged my account $150.00.


I was not charged an overdraft but do not understand why I am still being charged this fee when I have had direct deposit. I was charged a correct overdraft fee on - and then in -, I was charged $8.00 each day even though my account was only overdraft 1 day not 7 days. So this occurrence overcharged my account $24.00 During the month of - I was charged $72.00 for overdraft fees yet again my account was NOT overdrawn. I should have been charged 1 overdraft fee on - for the - debit. On this occurrence I was overcharged $110.00 On - I was charged an overdraft fee and my account was again NOT overdrawn. I should only have been charged an overdraft fee on - for the speedway debit. On this occurrence I was overcharged $36.00. So in total I have been overcharged $290.00 this year in overcharges. The response given by the BB & T representative did not address the issue over overcharges to my account. It appears all they did was copy and paste from a manual. So in total I have been overcharged $290.00 this year in overcharges. Please address each occurrence separately. Thank You
