I applied for a payday loan in 2013 for $400.00. I had paid back most of the loan until they started taking the payment - or - a week. I contacted my bank & put a hold on my account. I never heard anything from ACE until a year later stating that there was still a balance on the loan. I have attempted twice to clarify this situation.I paid someone representing ACE $500.00. To clear up this matter. Now I am receiving threatening emails. Claiming they are going to have me arrested. They are going to report this to the credit bureaus. I will have to go to court and pay additional fines.
