I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by BB & T during the course of my application for and obtainment of a mortgage loan for my first home purchase. Specifically, I am making this complaint regarding the actions of - -, - -, and - -, all of whom worked on my loan application at various points. Please see attached a complete timeline of events that occurred between my initial inquiry on - -, 2015 and completion of the lending process on - -, 2015 - as well as my request for remedy based on the repeated errors and failures of BB & T.
