Credit monitoring or identity protection account terms and changes
Experian Credit reporting department,
Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Pennsylvania
Experian ( Deceptive Business Practice ). This credit reporting agency changes my credit score ( usually lowering it ) whenever it suits them, and without ever providing to me any type explanation or reason for doing so. The most recent time was today, - -, 2016. While nothing changed in my financial circumstances since this agency 's last report of my credit score six ( 6 ) days ago, this agency lowered my score again, and I have absolutely no reason why it was lowered. Experian 's website is secretive, in that it provides no rational manner in which to contact and dispute the altering of my credit score. I have complained to the - and Office of the Attorney General of Pennsylvania but with little or no results. I am requesting that your agency intercede in this matter in an effort to have Experian provide to me an exact reason or reasons whenever my credit score is lowered or increased or altered in any manner. Every time I check my credit score with this agency, I get ready for a surprise, and I do not like surprises. Please contact me if perhaps you should require any additional information regarding this matter. Respectfully yours, - - -, -. Consent to publish the description of what happened? Consent provided
