Requested credit limit decrease to $ - -/-/-. Received - - award miles on -/-/2016. This was the last day of the first statement period.

Obtained $1500.00 threshold on second billing cycle ending on -/-/2016. Messaged First Hawaiian Bank -/-/16 regarding missing bonus miles Received reply -/-/16 stating that bonus miles would be awarded in 1-2 billing statements contrary to terms and conditions of offer. Called FHB on -/-/16 regarding missing bonus miles, was told to call - to acknowledge offer made by First Hawaiian Bank.
