Discover Credit card department,
Discover bank has a promotion where they double all cashback that you have earned at the end of 1 year. I enrolled in the promotion and even chatted with their CS team in order to confirm my enrollment. The chat agent informed me ( direct quote ) '' after reviewing your account I see that the enrollment was not completed as successful. I have already scheduled your account for the adjustemnt to have your cashback manually doubled. I will complete this at the end of your 12th billing cycle, then you will see it credited within two billing cycles after I complete the adjustement '' At that time and after not seeing my cashback post to my account, I contacted them and Discover bank flat out denies that I ever enrolled and they will not give me the cashback that I earned during the past 12 billing cycles. Banks should be required to keep to their word, and Discover should be required to pay me my rightfully earned cashaback award. According to my calculations they owe me over $3000.00.
