This is the follow-up to my earlier response on case # -. I have declined the company response asking for proof to substantiate their claim that gift cards were purchased. As they claim that was the reason due to which they are denying me roughly - in promotional bonus. I totally deny their claim. Discover need to honor the promised cashback on all my - purchases asap. No update was made by the bank on my earlier case ever since I disputed the response ( alomst 6+ weeks back )
