Discover Credit card department,
I applied on my discover - miles card - of 2015. My promotion was double your cash reward for the first year. I should have received my cashback double for the whole year on - billing cycle. I suspect when my original account was marked as fraud, - transactions was not authoized by me therefore they have to replace my card with another account number. The original account number is -. They have verified on the phone that i was indeed enrolled with the promotion. With this the promotion might have fallen off on my card. I started following up on it on - -, and has voiced my concern about it. they said i should call back and wait for another month for - - billing and it should reflect it. - - came the tell me now to wait on - - billing and
I have spoke with - - on this issue. Come - - i called again and i spoke to - and she then transfered me to - a supervisor. She said to wait 72 hours and she will call me back. It has been almost 3 weeks and almost every week i follow up on the status and no answer for it up to now. On - - someone told me that i would receive a call in the afternoon but no call was received. Today - - still no word on the outcome of my cash back award. Please help me resolve this matter. I feel i have been wronged already since it has been 4 months that i should have received the cashback promotion on my account.
