Discover Credit card department,
I applied and was approved for discover credit card -/-/2015. -/-/2015 Discover started a double cash back bonus promotion. Basically at your one year card anniversary the dollar amount of cash back bonus that you have earned would be doubled by Discover. So at my one year anniversary I noticed my cash back did n't double. I called Discover and asked about it They said that all card members were notified by email or by mail -/-/2015 giving them the chance to opt in to the promotion. I never received notification. Why would anyone turn down the chance to double the cash back? Why did n't Discover just enroll all of its eligible customers?
