Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay New Jersey

This is a follow up complaint to the Case number - sumbmitted to CFPB on -/-/2016 - Here a summary of Complaint ( Ally Financial has continue to list incorrect and incomplete information on my credit file, I have disputed this account several times with - credit reporting agency Ally financial has continue to list incorrect and incomplete. For example date of first delinquency and date of major delinquency is incorrect with is making the negative account stay on my credit file longer ). As of today -/-/2016 the account has not been corrected and still reported as derogatory account. I contacted Ally financial several times on -/-/16 and -/-/16, which was not an easy task and have been advised that I was correct and an update was send to - on -/-/16 to update delinquency as is the way pass the 7 year mark. I am not going to wait another 30 days for Ally and - to get they act together and have this account corrected. This has been a nightmare and inconvenience to me to have to go these lengths to have this account corrected removed. This correct need to be handle ASAP or I will seek legal action. I have attached the response from Ally from - 2016.
