I have contacted all - credit bureaus to remove incorrect credit reporting data from my file. The account in question has an approx balance of -. I have, with success been able to get the incorrectly reported information removed from my - file. The item is no longer listed due to my not being liable for the loan. The loan is a joint loan that liability should be listed as - - - - - and - -. I do, however have - Consolidation Federal Student loans ( Exhibit A ) that are currently in a hardship deferment. I have contacted Navient to have the inaccurate listing as it is affecting my " creditworthiness '' and I would like the inaccurate data removed. There is negative payment information that has correctly been reported to my parents - - and - -. Enclosed is the student loan detail from Navient website confirming the following : 1. Shows my father " - - '' as the borrower 2. Shows the school attended as - - University -. Shows " - - - - '' as the student associated/attending the learning institution " - - University ''. - credit file showing the item has been removed.
