I had a Loan modification -/-/2010. I filed Chapter - -/-/2010. At the time of filing Chapter - I was only - months behind. My lawyer fail to do there job and listen to me when I kept telling them I had a loan modification a few months pirio. Once we got to the the last fews months in my chapter - I told then again that I had a loan modification. So they finally looked into it. MY lawyer and SPS lawyer looked into this and see that I did have a loan modification the same year. The money that was paid into the chapter - to was not the amount I was behind at the time. I paid them a total of -. My mortgage company have not credit the amount to my loan so I can pay the reminder and get my loan current. I This have been a problem that has been going on for a few months. This my - time submitting a complaint.
