Paypal notified me that I had the option to use the feature called pay after delivery. They also indicated I could turn on and off the feature as I wanted. This is untrue as now I 'm being told the system decides if I can or can not use the feature and there is no way to know until after I make a purchase even though my PayPal account says the feature is on. Its only fair that a consumer should know in advance what payment options are available to them before they purchase an item not after. It 's almost like a bate and switch. I bought the item believing I had been given 14 days to pay, then when I go to check out the payment option is switched to pay immediately. Then the next time I might buy an item thinking I 'm going to pay immediately the system decides to put it on pay after delivery. The consumer should be deciding how they want to pay for their purchases and know what options are available to them before they purchase an item. This is unethical and untruthful lending practices!!
