Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania
I was charged - bank fees when I should have only been charged -. I understand that I am accountable for -, but the bank has issued me -. On - - I had an ACH debit from my account from the - and a debit from -. After this, I still had - cents left in my account. I still had a couple of days until the Veteran 's check came in so I bought food knowing that I would incur - fees. Instead, the next day, I was charged for - fees. I have talked to the bank clerk, the bank manager who talked to corporate and they all tell me that I just have to trust them that what they have on their screens is accurate and the information that they provide on my screen is not accurate. And I was told that the - purchase was what overdrew my account, but when I look at my bank statement, it still leaves - cents even after the - debit. But I was charged - fees. Then I made the - purchase that should have overdrawn my account but PNC already overdrew my account with their - unknown fees. I then asked for them to print out what they tell me they seen on their screen, but the clerk, bank manager and on-line banking clerk told me that they can not print it out for me with no further explanation. I am just supposed to trust that I owe the - additional fees even though my statement shows that I do not.
