VA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Louisiana

I lost my job in - -, was granted deferment until - with BB & T mortgage. Started a new job in - -. Resumed my mortgage payments. Sent $1700.00 on - -, -, they refunded it on - -. Paid them $14000.00 on - -, they refunded it on - -, -. All I 'm trying to do is keep my house. I will not allow them to take it. I do n't know what they 're problem is but I need help.
