I have two separate issues. 1- I have been paying for 6 years and my balance has in some cases gone up. The interest accumulated exhorbutantly while still in school. I do not see how these will ever be paid. 2- I am in a rate reduction program, for 15 months, and every month they mis-allocate he payments and I get calls and letters telling me I am delinquent, sometimes by a few cents. I call every month and it takes an hour to clear up. Also, last month, they " double dipped '' and took two payments. I consider this incompetence and harassment. It is horribly stressful, and no amount of " working with them '' is helpful. The loans, - for - daughters, are with Navient.
