Check - was, nonetheless, paid by PNC bank on - -, 2016. I called PNC to complain and get compensation. I was, at first, refused in my request to speak to the manager in charge. PNC is informed that my mortgage payment is due on - -, 2016, and due harm to me and my family will result due to its error. PNC has admitted its mistake.
