I have several private student loans with Navient/-. I and my mother have taken steps to arrange payment arrangements several times, but we are constantly being told that our payments were not applied and that the accounts are always past due or nearing default. Speaking with representatives proves to be fruitless and little action is taken to remedy the situation. Information from - phone call is given and then a new representative will follow-up with incomplete information or information that does not match which was previously discussed.
