Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

Pnc bank did not utilize my overdraft protection when a check that I wrote to my daycare posted to my account on -/-/16. Even though I had enough in my overdraft account the check was returned. I was charged $36.00 by PNC for NSF. I had to pay $35.00 to my daycares bank for the check being returned and $13.00 to my daycare because they also have a return check fee. PNC only refunded the $36.00 that they charged me. I requested the additional fees be refunded but they never paid me back for the $35.00 and $13.00 fees. I am attaching statements for my checking account and overdraft account. The last page will show my daily balance on -/-/16 which will prove there was enough money to pay that check. The $35.00 and $13.00 were both processed as checks so pnc should be able to view and verify that I was charged those additional fees. I am confident that this was a banking error and need help getting a refund for these additional fees.
