Non-federal student loan Can't repay my loan Can't decrease my monthly payments Texas

Hi, Thank you for your time reading my complain, I am currently working part time ; around $600.00 a month. I had a Student Loan from Discover Bank. They are asking to for a monthly payment around $200.00. After we agreed to pay partial payment, they reported me to the credit company as late payer. However, they told me as long as I pay partial amount of money, they wo n't report me. And I paid $ - monthly for the past 3 months.
