I contacted Access Group back in - - about several negative marks against my credit bureau. Access Group sent me a letter -/-/- explaining the issued was the fault of Access Group and that they would contact all - bureaus and request a good standing/Loan has been paid in full. Now we are in the - and I am saving for house, well my broker runs my credit and says that I have a lot of negative marks. So I get in touch with Access Group and I get the run around for a couple of day 's. Well I have received a - letter from Access Group five years later stating the same old thing. This discrepancy is our fault and we will contact the credit bureaus and make sure it is removed. It will take approximately - to be removed. That Letter was dated -/-/- and we are now in the middle of - and the derogatory marks are still on my credit report.
