Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Colorado

Transferring money out of my Santander checking account during a move because of a previous issue ( closing on my mortgage nearly fell through because of them ) I log into the account to see if all the money has been transferred out to close the account only to find out that pending transactions from - and - posted later without my knowledge, as well as $170.00 in overdraft fees, one of them being a " sustained '' overdraft fee which I was unaware my account had even over drafted. Called customer support many times to attempt to have the fees removed. After hours of talking politely with different support, I was able to remove -. I 'm still stuck with $100.00 in overdraft fees for $20.00 of purchases that I was unaware of.
