The attachments are everything I received in my QWR packet which I requested on - - -. The report was run on - - and the DEED of TRUST was not signed over until - - - on -/-/- Also Banking Branch and Trust Co. did not have the Assignment of Deed of Trust until - - - after the foreclosure process had been started. That is just a few issues I found once everything was done. There was nothing in the QWR about my REFI i did in -/-/- but according to Banking Branch and Trust they already owned the debt. That is not everything but that is just some of the main points.
