I am a - Veteran. On - -, - I had Total - to repair an issue I 've had since I was - to - in -. Before my -, I contact Ally Financial to work out an arrangement so that I would not go delinquent on my car loan. I was not given any options to prevent this from happening. As I was unable to work and I had to wait for the VA to approve my Temporary total - for my -, I was unable to make a payment. I contacted them again once I was able to make a payment and was then able to make a payment arrangement, however, because of Ally 's unwillingness to help before that point, my credit score took a - point hit. I am in the process of trying to purchase a house and with this late and the hit to my score, I am unable to use my VA loan.
