Hi, I had paid my initial 20 % of my 30 year conventional loan amount and requested for removal of PMI from my account which is allowed by Law and per the Mortgage companies own website FAQ and I paid the fee requested as requested by the Mortgage company but still they have been changing me PMI up from for the next months even before I am due for the next month payment.
