Experian Credit reporting department,

Credit monitoring or identity protection Account terms and changes Pennsylvania

-, - and Experian have altered my financial records without providing to me any explanation for doing so. As such, I have no idea why - especially, altered my credit records, and as such, I have no way to dispute, if I desired to dispute it, that alteration. On - -, 2016, my credit score with - was - and contained ( 1 ) hard inquiry. On - -, 2016, for whatever reason ( s ), - lowered my score by ( - - points? and added ( - ) hard inquiries to my file? - and Experian did the identical thing. In -, 2016, I filed a complaint against - for the identical conduct and they corrected my record. Sadly, - did not learn much from that complaint, because on - -, 2016, they did the identical thing. This secret altering of my financial records at these - bureaus is adversely affecting my financial security and ability to engage in financial transactions. It has become clear to me that these agencies arbitrarily ( add or delete information to a person 's private records ) without the consumer ever knowing it is being done nor the reason ( s ) why it is being done. You ought to put a STOP to their shenanigans.
