Credit card Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt was paid Illinois
The ACH amount owed - - was wrongly paid to - Bank of America and instead of being sent back to consumer it was transferred to - - after the cut-off date incurring a late fee and fines. I received several credits, but the debt kept appearing and the folks at Bank of America failed to respond to my phone complaints, Emails, and written communications to change the matter permanently. This debt is no longer owed to the debt buyer, - -, and the other debt buyer, - Bank of America, formerly Bank of America 's - accounts, since I am retired and on social security benefits under law. These debt buyers have no documents or signed agreement by me either and that is why they want me to provide them with the information. I refuse to do so because they have no right to it. This is a matter of increasing their revenues and increasing my liabilities with a negative report on the - big consumer reporting agencies.
