My - year old mother is refinancing her home. Her mortgage was recently transfered from - - to Shellpointe Mortgage Servicing. She and her attorneys have been trying to get a payoff statement from Shellpointe for over 3 weeks and they have not responded. As a result, her rate lock on her new mortgage commitment has expired and now she has to pay a higher rate. Shellpointe has not responded to - requests for the payoff.
