Vehicle lease Problems when you are unable to pay Virginia

Originally I leased my Dodge Charger from Ally financial the terms seemed pretty reasonable. That is when Ally stopped being customer friendly. I had gone through a financial tough spot in 2013, I was in constant contact with Ally about the payments making sure the lines of communication were up and payments were being made in a timely fashion. After I has sent in close to $2000.00 towards my lease payments, Ally had my car repossesed out of my driveway!! I was in complete shock, thinking that Ally was a reputible company. NOT SO! When I finally got a customer service manager on the line, she was dishonest, rude and very disrespectful.
