Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

PNC Bank reordered transactions on my account to make it appear that a check I wrote on -/-/16 posted and cleared my account on that same day, in order to assess to overdraft fees on my account. My account balance was at exactly $.00 when I checked it throughout that day. When I checked my account on -/-/16 suddenly I had - overdraft fees from a check I had written the previous day, and a transaction that was not on my account for $1.00 the day before. I have attempted to resolve this with PNC, but they keep telling me that it 's " possible '' that a check can clear and post the same day, and they are refusing to refund me the fees they charged in the amount of $72.00
