My balloon mortgage became due - 2016, tripling my payment. My payment went from $270.00 per month to $910.00 per month. I contacted CitiMortgage 5-months ago to work out a loan mortification. They strung me along for 5-months until I became three months behind in my payment and then the declined my modification for no reason.
