In accordance with FCRA & 650B paragraph ( a ), Experian, are required to block reporting, within four days of notification, accounts that the I the CONSUMER have identified as identity theft related. I have identified the following accounts to be identity theft related : 1. - - - - 2. - - 3. - - - - 4. - - - 5. - - - 6. Cash Call - 7. - - - - - 8. - - - - - 9. - - - - I have identified these accounts to be identity theft related and have requested that Experian delete these accounts from my good credit record in accordance with FCRA & - paragraph ( a ) which specifically stats the following : FCRA 605B ( 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ) ( a ) Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency of - ( 1 ) appropriate proof of the identity of the


( b ) Notification. A consumer reporting agency shall promptly notify the furnisher of information identified by the consumer under subsection ( a ) of this section - ( 1 ) that the information may be a result of identity theft ; ( 2 ) that an identity theft report has been filed ; ( 3 ) that a block has been requested under this section ; and ( 4 ) of the effective dates of the block. ( c ) Authority to decline or rescind. I have satisfied the requirements of notification and provided a police report, identity theft affidavit, proof of identity, identification of fraudulent accounts, and statement of identity theft. I demand that Experian remove the accounts from my credit file as ordered by law FCRA & 605B paragraph ( a ).
