In - 2015 I contacted Navient to set up a reduced Payment plan for my monthly payments. The representative at the time was setting it up for 6 months to bring the account current and then the next 6 months to be paid on time. I had started receiving phone calls in - informing me that I am $ - passed due. I informed that I had a payment plan set up and should n't be passed due. After they investigated they told me that the representative back in - did n't calculate the payments correctly. I had asked for them to correct it to show it not passed due, due to the fact that they had messed it up. They told they would not and that and can only bring the account current if I made the pass due Payment which was n't my fault.
