American Credit Financial Debt collection department,

Payday loan Communication tactics Frequent or repeated calls Texas

I have had repeated calls about a debt I owed. They have called several of my family members telling them I have - fraud charges being filed against me and I needed to call to get my court date. I called them and asked them to send me some information and that I was n't going to pay them until I could validate the debt. They said I had to pay that day or they would file civil charges against me for fraud. The next day the " legal courier '' called me to let me know that she had an order in her office to file charges. I told her I did know about this debt and that in past 4 years they have never sent me any paperwork saying I owed a debt. She told me to call back and get the paper work I needed. All they calls were made with a no caller id on my phone.
