The CFPB will forward your complaint to American Credit Financial and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, American Credit Financial has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. American Credit Financial is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

May 13, 2016 - I have had repeated calls about a debt I owed. They have called several of my family members telling them I have - fraud charges being filed against me and I needed to call to get my court date. I called them and asked them to send me some information and that I was n't going to pay them until I could validate the debt. They said I had to pay that day or they would file civil charges against me for fraud.
