According to my credit report, the private student loans held by Navient have been closed and charged off but when logging into the Navient account, they still show up and they are reporting payments. If Navient has sold these loans to - of Ohio, then when I log into my Navient account, it should show that they have been paid off not a balance. We are paying a down payment of $1000.00 and payments of $250.00 to - of Ohio which are then being sent to Navient. According to the - credit report, these loans have been charged off as bad debt on - -, 2016 but in my Navient account, it shows the next payment being due -/-/16.
