In -/-/- the circumstances at the time, I had to trade cars. The dealer got my loan with Santander. the payments and interest were high but at do the time I could not do anything else. I have paid my payments but most of the money is going to interest. My son co-signed for me, but in -/-/-, he had to file bankruptsy Somehow my car was in the middle of this and was told more than one thing. at first I was told my care was included, then it was n't, but Santander would not tell me anything about my loan, did not get statements, etc. I was to just make my payments to them. -/-/- I made over $2000.00 to get the payments caught up from where I was told I my care was part in bankruptsy. Santander took $130.00 $1300.00. for interest. Now I just got a letter saying I need $3400.00. or they will get my car. I asked for a printout of my account, which they did not want to do, but finally did. That is when I saw that I owe more now than I I did a year ago. I do n't have $3400.00 to give them by -/-/-.
