Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt May 12, 2016 - Received a call from a young man on -/-/- around - telling me he had legal documents to deliver to me. I explained I was driving and asked for a number to contact them at. I asked that he call me back and leave the info on my voicemail which he did. Was provided - and a File #. Called them -/-/- @ - CDT and asked who they were. I was transferred several times and then told they did not have to give me any information at which time the lady started calling me a loser and began berating me. She hung up. I called back and was again berated by the same young lady who would not... |
