BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low North Carolina

I am a single mother of - boys. I work hard everyday and live paycheck to paycheck and for years, BBT has been charging me with overdraft fees when a deposit or direct deposit has been made. I have been told that all debits come out first before credits and have tried numerous time to have my fees refunded. I have started taking screen shots with my phone to keep check on my account and have taken my phone to show these screen shots of my account to be told that debit comes out first before credits. I have talked to numerous people that bank with BBT as well as comments left online from other people that bank with BBT that they are gouging people with fees. I am at my wits ends and feel so used by my bank institution. Just so sad and disappointing that these banks feel that they can charge fees left and right from working class people who struggle to make ends meet and some of those are single parents.
