- loans I consigned with - - ( nephew ). I have set up repayments for - loans Loan Numbers- - - - ; - - - - ; and - - - -. I have the payments at twice the minimum amount due to pay loans off asap. Bill pay is set up to be received on due date, on - 2016, I recieved a letter stating loans are past due. I called -Navient to see where the problem occurred I spoke with a disinterested employee who told me my payment was late. I escalated to a supervisor who seemed to be equally disinterested in understanding the issue and simply said he would waive the " late penalty ''.
10 times that over the last four months I have sent them a total of $1200.00, yet they are only crediting the loans with $400.00 payments, accuring interest and late fees. My bank has sent Navient- with proof of payment, yet I just got off the phone with " - '' who seems to be a reject from the IRS, who kept repeating his Scriptnot acknowledge anything I had to state ... but was sorry for my frustration and continued to ask me to repeat my self. I want, IN WRITING, a letter from NAVIENT- an accounting of payments made on these loans and the interest charge on any " outstanding balance '' and late payments removed from these loans, PLUS I want credit for my time to correct this, I make $25.00 an hour and have spent 3 hrs spinning my wheels with these less than professional employees.
