KeyBank has consistently posted payments made to my account late. A payment of $330.00 was mailed by - 's BillPay service, and was confirmed to have been delivered to Key by -/-/2016. KeyBank did not post the payment until -/-/2016, 5 days late. Since the due date was -/-/2016, KeyBank assessed a $25.00 late fee. A payment sent the next month also posted late. - mailed a check in the amount of $95.00, and confirmed it was delivered by -/-/2016. KeyBank did not post the payment until -/-/2016, 6 days late.
