Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

On Monday, - -, I had a positive bank balance ( PNC bank, State College PA branch ). I also had a deposit that day of $140.00. I could see the deposit in my account on Monday. The very next day, I was charged falsely - " overdraft '' fees totaling $72.00 even though I had money in the account! They " posted '' my deposit immediately after the - fake overdraft fees. This timing was clearly intentional and predatory. The local branch and customer service refused to refund the overdraft fees even though it 's obvious that the charges were predatory and opportunistic. There was enough money in the account to cover the checks!!
