Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Pennsylvania
PHEAA had my wages garnished from my pay leaving me with less than $ -/month to provide for myself and my child. I made several attempts to talk to their loan default department and stated that I fell below the Federal - and was making it impossible for me to care for my child. They refused to help me. My Federal Income Tax return was offset by over $4000.00 on top of the wage garnishment.
