I had a five year term car note with Citizens Bank. I paid off the loan early, making my final lump sum payment on - -, 2015. It has now been almost 5 months and Citizens Bank still has not issued me the title to that car. Therefore, I have not been able to register the car or sell it, as I do not have the title. Citizens Bank has been giving me the run around and various excuses as to why they have n't sent me the title.
