Santander Consumer Bank makes it impossible to pay loan in full and creates impossibilities to pay on time thus charging extremely high fees. They charge you - dollars to make payments online or over the phone which consumers must do because checks that are mailed take weeks to be processed. I 'm trying to pay the loan in full but - wo n't process my credit card payment because it 's payment in full. I was told I ca n't pay the loan in full online or over the phone even if I only owe - dollar that I must send a check. The check wo n't clear in time to pay in full so the bank will charge additional fees. I 'm also concerned from reading about this bank I wo n't receive the title. Most complaints on - are similar to mine.
