Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Pennsylvania

PNC manipulated the order in which they processed transactions in order to gain fees they were not due. They then refused to refund the insufficient funds applied on an account which had not overdrawn at all. They cited - instances where they refunded fees. Once was because my husband 's payroll check company changed and they did not notify us until the Tuesday before and it was too late to cancel bills which were scheduled. I was very grateful they overturned that charge. The second time we were overdrawn by -. I did not request they reverse the charges, they did it on their own. The entire correspondence is documented and will be attached.
