My home is in foreclosure, and despite the fact that in -, Caliber/- Master Permanent Trust informed me that they were the new creditor/assignee of my mortgage, there is no recording in land records as to this day to support this, and further, -, the supposedly " former '' loan holder still continues to be listed as the plaintiff in the Sheriff 's sale. I suspect that Caliber may be deliberately not recording recent changes in mortgage assignments to further enrich themselves, ( by avoiding paying the real estate recording fees ) and at the same time to shield themselves from legal action, as technically, - is still the plaintiff. I feel that - and Caliber are in colusion.
