BB&T Financial Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low Missouri

We appreciate your help with this matter. The bank involved is BB & T branch located at - Ky. -. We have a business check card connected with the account. We went over the amount of funds in the account. The amount that was overdrawn was $8.00. There is no overdraft protection associated with the account. We feel that since the business check card is a visa, they should be able to not allow the card to be used and go over the amount of funds in the account. BB & T bank continues to add fees to the $8.00. As of -/-/16 the amount of fees added is $220.00.! We emailed BB & T bank to request closing the account and that we would send them the overdrawn amount of $8.00. They replied that we could not close the account until we went to the branch in person to do so. We sent another email explaining that we had moved out of state, and that it would not be possible to go to the bank in person. In the meantime BB & T bank continues to add their fees. We hope that you may be able to help us and that they will change their business check card policy.
